OD's subscription renewal problem

Today, I have purchased OD's subscription renewal,
but subscription state is displayed still "exipred" in my download page.

I am having the same problem. I ordered the OD renewal and the Wincustomize renewal on the Jan 14. The Wincustomize re-activated immediately but on my downloads page it still says my OD subscription is expired. Also in Stardock Central it says I am not subscribed & shows no available downloads. I emailed that night, I think to sales, about the problem, and it is still showing as an open ticket on my account. Can someone fix this for me so I can get the full version? Thanks for any help on this issue!

I just ordered my renewal subscription tonight. I'm not sure if it takes awhile for it go through the system. I can't download anything. It still says I need to renew. I'll keep trying...but it would be nice to get it right away and get things rolling along...

My account expired payed for the software just wont to get another copy wihtout paying again my key is good
Actually.... mine appears to be screwed up as well.
There was a time its expiry was 2019 ....then I cleverly bought myself another year while actually trying to gift someone else .... and now my expiry is 2013....
I was robbed! ....;)
If your account has expired then you do have a problem. You might try sending an email to [email protected] and explain your situation, only they will be albe to help in this type of situation.
The applications included in an Object Desktop subscription are only available to current subscribers.
If your subscription has expired, then you will need to renew to regain access to the applications you seek to utilize.
If you backed up the installers prior to your subscription expiring or have installation/installer, then you may continue to use them,
If you need to renew, you can do so at https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/odrenew.asp
After you renew, you can re-download and reinstall your applications from https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or use Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).

Same with me also. Ordered a Object Desktop renewal on 2/7 but it sill shows expired. Opened support ticket #LOF-458-36428 also still unassigned.
below is what my shopping cart says that I have to do to renew the usual software that I have had for many years now...why do I have to do both? I have both don't I and so isn't it just Object Desktop renewal that I have to pay for again? Actually aren't these the same thing? How can you have Object Desktop and not be subscribed to it? Why do I have Stardock Central then? Why is all of this so confusing??? My subscription was up early February this year and so I am willing to pay the usual $25.00 as a member but $75.00 for all of this again? I am confused so please can someone help me???

Hi, I seem to be having the same issue.
I did a "Object Desktop renewal (1 year)" on 2/14 and was charged promptly.
The "My Downloads" page on Stardock still shows my Object Desktop as expired.
I opened a ticket # DFK-526-19936

Me too with this problem. Ordered OD renewel yesterday 19/2. Not been added to my downloads though.
