Dear friends
There is a strong buzz around HTML5, Many say its going to be the future of web design and its going to kill flash. But I m not sure how much time it will take, If you have some idea, please tell me.

Hopes aside, given how many users are still on legacy browser versions, probably no time soon.
Really depends on how quickly old flash videos are phased out or converted over. How often do we take for granted the ability to cflick on a video link and actually be able to play it? Without Flash, a lot of those will end with 'sorry, you need the latest Flash player to view this.'
A lot of time and effort has been made to develop sites to work with flash so it won't happen over night, but it will happen...
Since there is no "Standard" to which compliance is necessary, it's going to be slow and agonizing.
Depends a lot on your target audience. Personally I think html5 is a lot easier to work with. Most people don't need either, it's just for the sake of having.
HTML 5 has prevailing problems, for example with sound:

Since every browser vendor implements HTML5 as he likes, using different codecs and formats, it is pain for the content providers to ensure everything looks and sounds as intended in every browser.
Flash was a closed platform provided by a single company.

The popcorn? How much is needed. I am famous on doing a very crispy one 
I suspect power users will want this yesterday- other folks won't notice.
Maybe a big flash virus might help, and a low-resource HTML5 browser would help.
I want to get rid of Flash ASAP, such an annoying program.
Seems more like Mac and Linux users are the only ones who care.
I use Flash because it works great, not because I really care one way or the other about it.
