Registration Fail

While registering an account for the game, I accidently typed @hotmail.com instead of @live.com, and therefore some random has my account with the CD key attached.

Any guidance? I do hope there is a solution for this. I've already contact support via e-mail, been 2 days since and no response except for the automated message.

I've got all the proof to validate my claim, just need a response.
