masterskin upload NOT SHOWING as masterskin when first upload

I submitted a new masterskin tonight, and to my horror , it was approved as a normal skin.. (not master)

I had to delete it and resubmit it, then suddenly it showed up as a master skin.

 

can someone please look into this? I still also have to reupload many times for normal uploads as the first ones go straight to moderation.

Yes there seems to be some glitch, but I.D. Will sort it out. Hope the date gets resest so it gets the attention it deserves.

-And Yes, it is a Cursor called Oberon 7 & nothing else ^_^
