Gamestop's Impulse doesn't work anymore, so no patch :-(

I can't seem to use Gamestop's Impulse program any longer. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but it's just not working for me. So, I guess I can't patch up Diplomacy. What a shame.

I was waiting till my bandwidth limit rollover but I had to see this.
It did work for me but at the same time ....

WTF is with the 2.07 Gig download for a patch
