Yes, I am using the mouse on the mousepad when its pulled into directly into my PC usb ports. No, It doesn't have a hair or any such within the eye, and no; I don't have things like logitech keyboard or things like that. DrJBHL, I can't really get the receipt from the person because they live in Scotland, and I am in the states. -.-"
And no, The computer works fine on a vista computer, and on another windows 7 home premium. And no, I haven't tried it on safe mode, but I have tried to clean up ghost hardware in the device manager with no luck, I generally keep all those things up to date and don't install hardware I won't use again. But I'll do another full scan, maybe read a few tech forms and etc.
I am thinking it must be something, because the mouse is recognized, it appears to be working; but just the pointer on screen won't move. Works fine on the other two computers as well, so I figure I will plug it back into those, check the device manager and settings for it; when its plugged into those and see if there is any difference between mine and the other computers.
