<AIPriority> ?

Hi all,

OK this is a bit lazy I could probably figure it out by doing a bunch of testing, but can someone confirm for me... with the <AIPriroity> used in <ImprovementType> (and probably used in other files)... does a higher number equate to more or less likely to be selected.

I'm guessing high = more likely?

And does 20 equate to twice as likely to be selected as a 10 ?

More is more likely. They are weights that are impacted by other things as well (most importantly other weights), so 20 does not mean twice as likely as 10.
