Steam CD Key invalid - Ultimate Edition

I purchased the GC1:UE and GC2:UE package deal through Steam. Unfortunately I can't get GC1 to download (Steam's problem, not yours) and I can't get GC2 to activate.  The CD Key supplied with the game through Steam is 30 digits long (6 sets of 5 alpha numerics).  On the initial install the Stardock Account Registration window pops up and shows "GC2: Twilight of The Arnor" and asks for the serial. When I cut/paste it from Steam it shows as invalid and will not let me install/run any of the other game packs that were included in the UE version.

I've already submitted tickets for both of my GC1 and GC2 issues through Steam but I was hoping someone here might have a clue about the CD Key issue. Steam is notorious for responding at a snails pace, when we're unlucky enough to need any help.

Thanks!

I'm having the EXACT same problem with GC2:UE. This is pretty frustrating.

I can run dread lords and dark avatar by going into the game files but not twilight of the arnor.

Hey guys, had the sam issue. I reinstalled the game. After that the game asked me for the key of the ultimate edition and accepted the provided key.

I dont think that this made a difference but after reinstalling the game I started the game from Steam  - from the games offer to be precise. Steam told me that I already own the game and asked if I want to start the game - which I did.
