To Make My Favorite Logon Screen

Hi, Dear Friends!

I'm making a logon screen for Win XP. I've included my favorite desktop wallpaper in the original Windows Logonui.Exe but I don't know how to remove the blue top and bottom panels. I also need your help for making transparent the blue background of Microsoft Windows logo. The rest of the screen is OK!

The best I can remember, you must cut the top and bottom blue panels from the top and bottom of your wallpaper.
