Wandering Character

Hi,

This may be a simple thing, but my main character keeps running off and heading to random locations that I cant seem to predict.  Character may be in a town but as soon as I move out character is off somewhere, little frustrating as I wanted to give character an army.

Hope makes sense.

The character might have been put on explorer mode. Turn it off by pushing the explore button again.

They need to add a highlight around something to show that it is on.

This post was a delight. I'm not sure why, but imagining the king just swannin' off really gave me a chuckle.

"Come back here your highness, I want to give you an army!"

I remember in one of the versions of WOM sometimes when you order a unit to exit a city to attack an enemy, sometimes your unit would run stupidly and be out of range, then the enemy you wanted to attack would take your city!

Reminds me of playing "Medieval: Total War 2", when I had a king that really just "screwed" over the empire, I would send him on a heroic mission with 3 groups of peasants (with spears) to conquer France, or Germany or something, see how much he could take down in a fight :)
Usually ending up in him dying (and the heir, which was proper and not a drunken pimp all the time would become the new king)
Or he would gain so much experience fighting he would be worth keeping (Had a king taking on an entire french army on his own, and due to micromanaging charging cavalry he won) ^_^
oooh good times.

Sincerely

You just gotta figure out which units "counters" them...
Usually light cavalry/cavalry archers.
