is xp modable?

Is it possible to remove the xp split for having 2+ champion in the same stack by modifying a xml file?

Yes, there is a tag called <DividesBattleExp>0</DividesBattleExp>. It would have to be inserted into every champion and sovereign xml in CoreUnits.xml.
