No Arcane Books for Custom Faction with The Decalon

Hi all,

I created a custom faction and souvereign with the Periden ability The Decalon. It's supposed to unlock Spell Books that teach your champions the different schools of magic. When or how do I get them? They haven't shown up in any shop of any of my towns/fortresses/citadels/outposts and I already researched almost all techs.

There is a bug in 1.0 which prevents you from getting the Spellbooks-tech, if you don't have Enchanters too. This is fixed in 1.01. If you are interested, you can get the beta-version here.
