Help finding the scrying pool ability

I'm trying to replace Procipinee as a leader and I want to make a new leader for Amarians that is almost the same as Kingdom of Pariden. But I can't find the ability to build scrying pools like Procipinee has.

I've gone through the coreability file without luck and I haven't found the file that contains the A.I leaders.

Can anyone enlighten me?

It's in Enchanters, i.e. it's in the race, not the leader.

Ah....I took the Decalon and switched Scholar with Enchanter....that explains it.
