The flawed Christian God...

We constantly hear that the Christian god is oh-so powerful, almighty, omnipotent and so on... So let's put it to the test.

Would a God have the need to get angry? If I had the powers of the Christian God, I would not have to feel anger by anything. Why would I bother. Nothing can hurt me - not even Lucifer. So why waste time on an irrational emotion like anger?

Would a God create end-of-the world dramas? No, of course not. Any God with that kind of power could just make humans disappear by the snap of the fingers. No need for big floods and environmental changes and whatnot.

Then we have this dude called Jesus. some say he was the son of God. Some say he IS God. If he IS god, then it would be easy to just be eternal on the planet. A perfect God doesn't have to get himself killed and certainly not to "cleanse" all the sin from people. He could have done that b snapping his fingers, being so powerful. After all, if he really is the designer of this world, he can do with this world as he please and very easily. If he was the son of god, then why kill him? Why not make him eternal and just have him wipe out all the enemies with the snap of his fingers to non-existence?

Why have a hell? Why feel threatened by anything? Why would a God need to be feared by lesser subjects? Why would a God have the need to be worshiped in the first place???

These questions tell something about the Christian god being immensely flawed. The next question is then - why worship a flawed angry god, when there are gods in other religions that are kind, friendly and much more constructive in their approach?

Why do people not question Christianity? Is is lack of intelligence in the people that join Christianity and worship a flawed malicious god? What is it?

Ever cared for someone, and watched them destroy themselves with drugs or other problems, every help you gave them rejected or worse, used to further themselves down the path to destruction?  You would probably be sad, and angry, because you CARE.  God cares.  You are mistaken about how God feels about His people when you say nothing can hurt Him.

There is a purpose to the end-of-the-world 'dramas' as you call it.  God wants you, and people like you, to come to repentance and believe in Him.  So he will do everything in His power to show you He exists.  In fact, if He did NOT do so, that would not be just or holy of Him, so He WILL do it.

What good is it to say God loves us if He never gave up anything for us?  Is it really love?  John 15:13 - "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends."  You are looking for a God who doesn't care, doesn't do anything, doesn't want to show His love, and that's not God.  He COULD have wiped out his enemies, but He didn't because of mercy and love.  So that I could come to salvation, so that you could as well.

Why have a hell? Why feel threatened by anything? Why would a God need to be feared by lesser subjects? Why would a God have the need to be worshiped in the first place???

God loves you so much, and gives you the free will to choose - you are allowed to be separate and not under his rule forever.  There needs to be a place separate from him, in that case, and that place is Hell.  The fear of God means more than being afraid - it means respecting and obeying.  God created us TO worship Him.  It's what we're made for.  He doesn't NEED it, he WANTED it, and WANTED us.  Not need.

Because those gods are not real, and the people who created them show that by stating unequivocably that there are rules and regulations to be followed before you can be saved - and often this salvation is to stop reincarnating.  The problem is, there is no reincarnation, so if you screw up, there is no second chance.  The half of these religions is to make you think it's okay to screw up, because you'll just get another chance, but there is no other chance.  The other half of it is that you have to do certain things to be saved, and these are things you cannot do.  When you believe in Jesus' death, burial, ressurection, and that he paid the price for your sins, which you know you have sinned, and you accept his sacrifice, you are saved.  End of story.  You don't have to go do something to be saved.  You are commanded to be baptised and to take communion, but if you never do, still saved.

It's because you ask flawed questions with a flawed understanding of who God is.  I hope you are enlightened by these answers.  I believe you have some preconceived notions of God not caring about you enough to be angry or saddened by your behavior.  Israel chose pieces of wood and stone over God and worshipped them for hundreds of years before God finally got angry and handed them over the Babylonians.  Hundreds of years.  So your lifetime may not be long enough for him to be angry at you (he is slow to anger) but he will still be saddened by your rejection of His salvation.

Destroyed themselves with drugs??? Drugs is an escape from a hostile society, where forces like Christianity constantly bully people to be this or that. The only options people have of true freedom n this society is either suicide or drugs. I'll grant them that freedom anytime. They are happy while they are influenced by drugs. A type of happiness impossible to get in modern human society. Why take that away from them?

How do you know how God feels? Please tell me your first hand conversation with your god, where your god is sobbing in despair and sadness over the human species. Please... Come on! Look at what god has done according to the bible. He has not exactly been friendly with humans. Have you ever tried to compare how many humans God has killed versus how many Lucifer has killed?

Oooohhhh..... So you want me to produce enough serotonin in my brain to create a psychosis, that makes it look like I'm in "contact" with this God? Gosh! Come on! That is simply sick to do to people. What you're doing is to create chemical imbalances in healthy people to achieve psychosis, so you can control them to the aim of your choice. That is purely sick. Not even the Nazis where that sick.

So this god allows evil to happen because he loves us? Yeah that makes sense... It also makes a lot of sense to create life just to make this life to through hell in order to get to a "perfect" place. Couldn't he just have created perfect beings from the start and KEEP them perfect? Why is all this drama necessary?

Why did he want to be worshiped? That in itself is a flaw. It's called grandeur. Sure he is a god, but seriously - what is he going to  use this worshiping thing for. To feel big and powerful and loved??? A perfect god with needs? That does not make sense... I often wonder why Christians assume that their god has human emotions and not a type of mental process that is beyond their understanding... Why is the christian god constantly being humanized?

Not real??? Hahahaha! Prove it! Hahahahahaha... You're trapping yourself there. Christians refuse to engage themselves in proving the existence of their god in any way possible, but the most use argument is to ask the atheists to prove there is no god. Now you have t prove that there are no other gods than the Christian god.

Now this Jesus thing... Why did he assume, that I wanted him to pay for my sins? I like sin - it's a lot of fun! I don't need some halfwit retard to take away what I like.... But that's another trademark of Christianity - to take away from people what makes people happy and call it "sin". I can assure you that if a Christian try to do that with me, I will spill his/hers blood on the ground and feel good about it too. My freedom is always more important than the life of a Christian.

Flawed questions??? Anwers? You have not given any answers. You have only spilled out a lot of absolutely useless words, explaining absolutely nothing - and you have not even given any evidence of any of your claims anywhere. Read your bible! There you can see what kind of god you're dealing with! Come on!

I surel hope he will understand as much(limited as his intelligence seems to be) as to leave me the fuck alone, and respect my wish for Christians to stop messing with other peoples lives. Let me say it this way - Your version of freedom stops where mine begin. If you impose your version of freedom on my version of freedom, I am in my right to grab my shotgun and shoot your head off... and vice versa of course. Even a god should know this, but not the Christian god apparently. Ig he did, then it would be mentioned in the bible alongside with all the certain groups of people that need to be punished by death for being different.

You ever so cavalierly tell us what your god likes or not, thinks or not, desires or not, would have or not and what everyone has to do to be one with it. Have you at some point in your brainwashing had a commune with this god of yours on such a personal level as to be privy to such things? If not, then please let me know who has … I would like to speak with them.  If not, then where did this wondrous past present and future insight come from? Why is it always the same with you guys? When the end of the world is here (DEATH) … then “So he will do everything in His power to show you He exists”. Obviously this is an accepted ability of your god so why not a preemptive visit just for shits and grins? What kind of masochist do you worship, obviously hell bent on populating hell from negligence alone, must be a lover of hell? God loved us so much that he sacrificed his only begotten son. Well I am not sure I understand the significance of killing a god (is that possible?) when it is a foregone conclusion that he would be off to the-America-to-be in a few days to invent the Mormon religion as another obstacle for you. If god personally cared for us or if the usurpers death was to have any meaning, then there would have been no resurrection else it was a farce, a given, a forgone conclusion … meaningless except to the blind. Besides your say-so, how do you know that other gods don’t exist (better not include my blond dream boat Thor!)? I really want to know so I can use that information against you equally applied of course as it should be.

Yeah - I know it's a lot of words for a Christian to read. Sorry about that... You must have a headache now due to a mental "buffer overflow", but be happy that mental buffer overflow is a very Christian thing.

We constantly hear that the Christian god is oh-so powerful, almighty, omnipotent and so on... So let's put it to the test.
As the wise man once said; do not ask the question you already know the answer to particularly in religious circles. Regardless of what you think, when someone gives themselves to a cause just or unjust, religious or not, there is little you can do except bitch about their chosen disorder or basically ignore it. No different than a drug addict or a gambler who cannot stop. Why waste your time … that is their game … don’t become like them.

If you want some advice … well here it is (anyway hahaha). Speak mostly of the things you know not of the things they don’t know. You can no more prove their god doesn’t exist than they can prove he does … so don’t be drawn there. Like children they just want to continuously fight and bicker seeming believing they are always the victor at every turn.  So what, who cares, you shouldn’t. God has no influence on you or your life and neither should these people. Any speculation on what gods may or may not do is nothing but speculation and besides it is only applicable to the particular sects and religions not to you, so don’t go there either.

The bible was written by the church to the exclusion of all external influence therefore it is an internal document of the church(s) and nothing more. It is intended to frighten their own believers into servitude and with damnation if they don’t toe the line, pay enough etc. I am pretty sure that there isn’t one Islamist in the world that pays credence to Christianity or Christian values or their sensibilities … ditto of course. That is sort of how you have to look at them too unless you want to give credence where none is deserved. The burden of proof is always on them and they do not have one scrap if it, even after thousands of years of manipulating reality. Let the hate stay on their shoulders where it belongs and have a happy god free life.
