Hmm. Still not fixed in 1.2 :/

Just got a similar surprise when an assorted army of tremored Yithrilites dodged all my attacks. Grr.

because 'dodged' attacks are also attacks where you fail to hit because you accuracy is not 100%

 

Chance to hit := accuracy - enemy dodge.

 

So even at 0 dodge, the enemy can dodge you ;)
