[.992 bug?] Fallen Enchantress not responding message

After uninstalling the previous FE beta, I installed the new Beta this morning. Three times  when starting a new game while creating world a "FE not responding" message appeared at top. If I clicked on message FE did stop responding and I had to restart. If I ignored message and waited a minute the message disappeared and the new map appeared and game played fine. I played about 20 turns with no other issue before stopping.  My laptop is running Vista. Small map 2 opponents. Twice with the small premade map (name?), once using a random map.

This sounds more like windows thinking the game has stopped working than the game actually stop working. I am no expert, but if the game continues running it could just be your computer is a little slow.
