[0.99] [Tutorial Suggestion] Add more topics in the tutorial

More topics are needed in the tutorial map.

I went to play the tutorial since the last beta that I played was before the introduction of essence.

I find these topics missing from the game tutorial.  

              City Types (Town,Fort,Conclave)  

              How to remove enchantments  

              How to navigate and possibilities of the Govern Button  

              Speacial abalities of diffrent types of weapons

I also missed the tutorial on quests.  I know that it was in there in the past.
