[0.99][suggestion]When ordering units to train, the cost dosent change when i alter my tax rate

If I am looking to train troops, the cost of the troops dosent change on the troop display while i am altering my tax rate to see how much of a difference it makes. The cost changes in the city build queue, but not in the training window right above it.
