does one have to delete old beta before downloading & updating new beta?

sorry, I'm in a lot of pain right now, just got out of surgery friday, been on durgs pretty heavily since, can't seem to remember proper download methode - thanx (& f*ck this h*rts)

Doing this could cause problems- it did for me at the start of beta 5, I had to system restore.

I haven't had any problems just applying the updates, but I do delete any custom factions, sovereigns, and units I've created in past betas,

I know to delete custom sov is right button, but...how do you delete custom factions?

delete the folders in your 'my documents/my games/fallen enchantress' folder.

The custom factions and units are stored in the My Games\FallenEnchantress directory structure.  Check the Race and Units directories.
