Icons are not visable

When I select to change an Icon, the search portion at the top will not search as it has in the past. I created an icon for Band-In-A Box and all I get is the paper with a folded corner. When clicking on the "Change this Icon/shortcut", the "Change Icon" bar will not open to the list of icons. What has happened?

ObjectDock Plus ver 2.

 

Also, I have lost the icon "Minus". I use it as a seperator. Where can I find replacement package of the original icons? I re-installed the program, but the missing icon did not install.
