Seriel number not listed in downloads

I purchased the liquid dream. dream off wincustomize last week.

It asks for a serial number when trying to set it as the background.

There is nothing listed in:

the confirmaiton email I received or stardock downloads where the rest of my serial numbers are.

How do I acquire this?

I opened up a support ticket 5 days ago with no reply.
