How to use the extension 'ibn.dream "on WinCustomize?

Having presented my Dream GUIC, I would submit in WinCustomize.

Having the same procedure, it was denied because:
Must be ibn ***. Extension dream. ***

Not knowing how to use the extension "ibn.dream," is that someone could help me by telling me how to extend ibn.dream on WinCustomize.

lecajef ... I fear you have mis-understood something somewhere.

The SUFFIX required for a dream file is 'dream'.

That means... if your file was called 'lecajef' then the dream file would be 'lecajef.dream'  [without quotes].

A SUFFIX or file extension is the bit AFTER the '.', like 'zip' in 'file.zip'.

So...

THE 'EXTENSION' is dream, not ibn.dream  [whatever 'ibn' is]...;)

Thank you very much for the support you give me.
To be sure I understood, because I am French, I noted:

Name: SUNSET ON THE SEA
Tag: SUNSET ON THE SEA.dream
On preview image, I've attached a screenshot to png
(Please select a region to Represent the thumbnail view of this skin.)
I do not know how to select the region?
On upload skin, I attached the file format dream

In order not to make errors and learn submit a dream, I attached a screenshot.
Before validating, is this fair and correctly done?

This is refering to the preview picture. You must upload a frame of the video in jpg format that is less than 2mb. Once you upload the preview picture you will need to pick the portion of the picture that you want to use as the region.

Here's an example.
