How to remove virus?

I am facing problems in my system because of antivirus. File are deleted slowly from the program file by viruses. I installed many antivirus to remove it but cannot be succeeded. I contacted to may companies but didn,t find appropriate solutions. Can anyone tell me about the company which works on removal dangerous viruses.

Weird place to ask for this kind of help but... ;)

Use a boot CD anti-virus to clean, because once you are infected a real virus is going to block all attempts to install anti-virus software
