right WinKey

In some apps (cmd, total commander -- with current focus) when I press right WinKey, I won't be switched to metro, but Start8 menu will be shown (the same as I'd pressed left WinKey).

Elevated apps would prevent detection of the right key press vs left key press. This is an OS limitation thanks to UAC.
