UI issue - Faction Strength Panel

Is it possible to fix the position of the faction strength score panel?  I'm forever catching it with my mouse pointer and sliding it off screen without noticing, then I can't retrieve it when needed.

I think this is annoying, the UI needs to be able to be locked in place, good post ;)

Uh-huh, I do this by mistake all the time. Making my interface fly around all over the screen ^_^
Its called "Fat Fingers Syndrome" when you do all the stupid things... I think :P
