Increased level requirements on most magical items heroes find. Yeah, it seems counter-productive to me to increase experience gained.
No, it is that for all this time, there was a bug where the exp was read as an integer. So even though it says 2.9 previously, it was being read in as 2.
oh thats why i noticed that huge difference playing under and over 3
