What about a 64 Bit Version?

I think you have misunderstood what you are seeing in Taskmanager.  The Service used to launch Start8 is 32 bit for simplicity and memory usage (as it just hangs around doing pretty much nothing once Start8 has been started up),  but the code that actually does things is 64 bit.  See Start8_64.exe in the details tab in taskmanager.

The config UI is 32 bit, but there is no reason for it to be built as a 64 bit process.  Doing so would make it use more memory for no gain.

So basically anything that would show any gain from being 64 bit is 64 bit when run on a 64 bit OS, anything that gains nothing being 32 bit is 32 bit as it can then be shared between the two versions keeping download size to a minimum.
