[.981 BALANCE] Coal Stones too powerful... Fun! but too powerful

2 damage per level of caster to all enemies and gets multiplied by your spell stats like path of the mage, etc.  It makes Blizzard look more like Snow Flurry. It makes Fireball more like Sparklers.  It makes Fiery Dart more like Fiery Fart.

The Furnace staff allows you to cast it mana free and without a casting time as well...

It does require 3 turns to recharge after being used, though.  -That said, I started up an earlier thread on this.  It seems to be doing far more damage than it should, given the level of the user--whether that's the player, or a wilding shaman.

Yeah my level 13 path of the mage is doing 40 points of damage to every unit on the battlefield.  With Haste, she can get off 2 shots easy.  Battle over.  Maybe it should just do 1 damage per level of caster.

the one for players should have a cast time and more balanced cooldow

as for dmg the problem is traits are op, warlock evoker and path of the mage give too strong bonus, this was true even b4 coal stones
