Changing Titles of save games

Playing GC - Ultimate Edition

Id love to be able to title my save games so I can go 'back in time' if a war doesnt work, or before I take a planet over, or whatever. But I cannot title my save games..I am only allowed to use the four options presented at the save window.  Anyway around this?

I do not have this problem in DA.

I type over the offered title (like autosave), deleting extra words, etc.

Isnt that nuts? I can't highlight it, or delete it, or type over it. really pisses me off.  Thanks for the reply.

 

On the Ultimate Edition now....god this game is fun. It's like Masters of Orion 2 on roids.

This is seriously the last of the best Turn based games out there....

Like LTjim says its the same on twilight as I've got ultimate edition and mine works fine but I've got the disc version not the downloaded one.
