You can drag the items around in the que box. When you have more than five in que it becomes a real hassle to reorder them.

Is there a way to move an item in the build queue from 6th on the list to 5th or higher? Whenever I use the overview version I can't get the item to move to the next item.

I find the interface for the build queue and hero inventory a bit too restrictive and too small!
