Start screen when closing Metro apps

Just installed (and purchased) the latest beta.  First impression: WOW, this has really become a mature app, proper config panel, lots of features, very customizable.  I may find some small issues as I test further, but so far there is only one big issue I still see.  When closing a Metro app by dragging down or pressing Alt+F4, you get dumped back at the start screen instead of the desktop.  Unfortunately I can see scenarios where Metro apps will be necessary, but would still prefer the start screen to remain hidden.  Hopefully a workaround can be found for this.

Also, while the $4.99 pricing is very nice for the individual, I'm very interested in a licensing solution for a datacenter full of remote desktop servers, which will eventually be running Server 2012.  Any details available on this yet?
