How do you disable the "4 modules available" message under your starbases?

Can anyone suggest a way to disable the message that appears under your starbases? I would prefer a more realistic look to my galaxy. Seeing "4 modules available" under a starbase Ive chosen to minimize is annoying. Anyone have a suggestion?
