Option to map Winkey back to Metro start screen

Add a feature / options to default back Winkey to Metro Start Screen. As my previous experience using mouse and keyboard since Windows 95, I never pressed the Winkey to launch the start menu. I just feel natural to just use the mouse to click on the start menu button. But I think in a Tablet Windows 8 Installation, the use of Winkey to launch Metro Start Screen is a more natural way, as Metro is more suited to finger (where mouse and keyboard are not in use, it will be irritating for a tablet user if each time they press the Winkey button and jump into desktop. For a laptop or desktop configuration, this is OK however).
