I have been following the instructions to the dot for the preview image but it keeps coming up with error messages saying "file (file name) does not meat the size requirements. Any ideas?

It kinda sounds like they are attempting an upload, but the image they have selected for the preview thumbnail is larger than is allowed. The program,  (Paint.net) can easily reduce it to the proper size with no loss in quality.  - Ace --

well, for one, I have made the preview image to the max width and height. Made it so that it did not exede the max file size and made it so it properly showed my entry but it will just not accept anything. I have tried this with the minimum width and size on jpeg and png. I honestly do not know why this is.

Most common issue....what is the actual filename you are uploading?

EG... the 'name' of an image must be alpha-numeric only... preview.jpg is fine .... skinname.jpg likewise...but @#$%....--- * .jpg isn't.

Same goes for the skin itself...if it's a 'zip' it needs to be 'skinname.zip' not '!!!@#&().zip' ...;)
