Am I missing something here?

I know this is going to sound like madness, but I am confused as to a) why I can't see War of Magic anymore and b) why I can't access the beta, despite having bought War of Magic on release.  War of Magic used to show up in Impulse - is it possible that there is an issue with Gamestop?  Anytime I try to enter the serial number it says the code has been used, as it does for my Stardock login, but both have no record of me owning the game.  I still have a record of purchasing the game with serial number etc, and have tried other possible email addresses in case I bought games under two different accounts, but both my other possible emails come back saying no account with that name exists.  Sent an email to customer support a few days ago and have heard nothing.  Any ideas?

Did you get an auto-response from the support system?  What ticket number?

 

We've transitioned away from using Impulse/Gamestop Downloader to download Stardock software since the sale of Impulse to GameStop.

My apologises - I checked my email and can find no record of it being sent, so it must be my own error that has led to the lack of response.
