Download limit, after subscribing to Wincustomize

Hi,

Although I have purchased a WinCustomize subscription for a year last week, I still get a message saying that in order for me to continue downloading themes, etc, I need to buy a subscription.  I have received a mail confirming my subscription, with a serial number.  How do I activate this subscription, so that I can continue to download cursors etc etc?

In addition to what Hankers told you, I would also suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then trying to logon.

Thank you for the reply.  All my software is already registered with Stardock. It's just the WinCustomize subscription that does not want to work, because they are impolsing a download limit on me, which I have obviously alread reached.  I thought the WinCustomze subscription would allow me to download more, unlimited.

That should be the case.

If the suggestion by DrJBHL doesn't solve your issue then ....

Please email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket. When you receive the auto-reply with the ticket number then post that here.

Hi Hankers,

I've done that already, but I'm not getting an auto-reply from the system either. I've checked and my e-mail address is correct on the system.  I've also checked my spam folders, and there is also nothing from the system.

I have a friend that continues to have this problem. She calls me often to complain about it because I gifted her subscription to her.

 

 

Her problem, every time so far, has been her failure to log in. That's it. She forgets to log in.

 

I see that Doc has said this already. Just sharing.
