Steam Version - Game wont play in full window.

The game wont play in a full window like most of my games do. I have tried changing the screen resolution in the game options and tried changing from my desktop, any thing I haven't thought of I trying would be awesome!

I had the same problem so I went and checked the screen resolution in the game options and it didn't match my monitor resolution. Check the game options and make sure the game resolution matches your monitor's screen resolution and this should fix it. It worked for me.
