TPM 2012 through Steam Game doesn't start on 2 Computers

Hey Guys,

i got this Game on Steam and i havent played the 2008 version.

I downloaded the game tried to start it and then right when the stardock logo comes up it stops and an error window pops up.

Here are my PC Specs:
