When I select a stance on an issue in an interview, it changes all issues to that stance - TPM2012

It makes the game pretty much unplayable... Any known fix?

Seems to happen when making an ad as well.

EDIT: Thought I'd add, I've restarted the game several times and verified the integrity of the game cache.

PC Specs

OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 7
PROCESSOR: Intel i5 3.3GHz
MEMORY: 8GB
DirectX VERSION: DirectX 11

VIDEO CARD CHIP TYPE: Nvidia GeForce GTX  560ti

DOES GAME WORK: Other than this, everything seems to work fine.

Thanks for the info.  Could I get a little bit of clarification on this?  Are you saying if you say you're "In favor" of reducing unemployment your stance on all other issues will switch to "in favor" of those issues?  A description of the screens you're looking at, issues you're seeing this on would be helpful.  Thank you!

Yes, that's exactly what it is. Every time I select a stance to take, it changes every issue to that stance. I'm sorry, I'm not really sure how to be more descriptive, that's pretty much all there is to it.

We'll look into it, thanks.  If anyone else is seeing this please post it here as well.

While the check mark on every stance remains in place while you switch stances, I believe only the stance that has focus when you submit (Give Speech) affects the game.

Oh, really? That's good to know, and completely invalidates this post. Sorry, I've never played a Political Machine game before, just jumped into this one.

Thanks for the video.  Zubaz is correct.  What you're setting there is the stance you will take in the speech or ad you create.  All that matters is what issue and stance you have selected when you hit "Give Speech" or "Create Ad"

Thanks for clearing that up. I probably could've learned that from the tutorial instead of abstaining from playing the game these last few hours. Time to get back into it
