windows8 RP and Gigabyte motherboards (caution)

I had windows 8 RP running for a few days now without any mayor issues and i´am impressed so far however i recently decided to install some of my mainboard drivers even if most of them were auto installed...
I installed the express way using my gigabyte cd that came with the board all worked fine... until i shutdown my machine this morning...

while shutting down i was confronted with some blue screen report message ( pfnpa report ) -Page Fault in non paged area naming applecharger.sys
because i know i had drivers installed i tried and searched for the reason... and it seems that the on/off charge driver from gigabyte is causing this error... i don´t know why but it does... it works under windows7 but not under windows8
I just wanted to let you know if you suffer from the same pfnpa report on each shutdown and your running a GB board try and remove the On/OFF charge driver...this way you should again be able to use your dual boot setup and windows wont bother you with sending an error report over and over

I have the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 and Win 8 RP, but I've not encountered any problems so far, though I only have the essential motherboard drivers/software installed.  However, thank you, and I will keep this info in mind should I experience issues in the future.

all others work fine here also its " only the on/off charge driver"

I do not have that one enabled so it's not of concern at present, though I my want/need to enable it in the future for some reason.  Hopefully the issue has been addressed by then. :)
