Windows 7 and DreamScapes

I used DreamScapes on my old PC with Vista Ultimate and was very happy. I have a new PC with Windows 7. I tried to use the Vista Ultimate application on Widows 7 and DreamScenes would not play. Somewhere I read Windows 7 does not support DreamScenes. Do I have to purchase a new application to run on Windows 7 or can I used the Vista application on Windows 7? Thank you.

You need DeskScapes to run animated wallpapers on Windows 7. This lets you play dreams and apply all sorts of other effects to your background. There are some very nice ones in the DeskScapes Gallery. Note:To display some video dreams with DeskScapes, an MPEG-2 Video Decoder must be installed on your computer.

There is a trial available but it may be limited to running the dreams included with it. The paid version runs just fine on Win7 Ultimate 64 bit.
