Login issues

I have very recently bought Sins of a Solar empire Trinity on steam, so I have Sins, Entrenchment, and Trinity. I cannot login to ironclad online in-game, even though I can obviously access my account on the internet. When I try to login it says "account name not found". I tried to make a new account with the create an account button directly below the login button, but it said the same thing. I have tried this on Sins and Trinity. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Your ICO login name is not your Stardock account name. When you create an account it should just ask you for your registration number and then you can make whatever name you want.

Thanks for your help but the real problem was I misspelt my username.
