Playing The Political Machine 2012 (beta)

I’ve got my greedy hands on an internal Stardock build of The Political Machine 2012.  I’m a bit of a political junkie and so I’m very interested in watching how the 2012 edition of the popular title comes out.

I can say that it’s much more streamlined than previous editions. There’s no European map. There’s no Drengin Empire scenario type stuff. It focuses on the 2012 American President election and I think, as a game, it benefits from that (when you spread our your focus, you tend to not be as good at anything in particular).
