No promises…but I am lobbying for an in-game quest editor to make it relatively easy to create quests and events.

In E:wom I was able to trigger quest events from a champion's level. Note the unit's internalname used, which means each quest is specific that internalname.

No, I'm staying away from such quests, given there may or may not be a quest editor coming up.

But if a quest editor was coming up, I think new quest trigger possibilities would be a must-have (including the hero level trigger if it will work in FE).

Who knows. The quest system is already incredibly strong. They may just focus on providing understandable access to that.

I hope it allows you to EDIT them as well as create them. =)  That's very important for something as complex as quests and events.

I hope so. A easily available editor would make people interested in designing quests and from there it is a simple step to go to editing those quests a bit using xml. Then the sky is the limit!
