I'm completely in the dark about this alleged 1.04 beta.  I've seen it mentioned on the forums a few times yet there's no announcement post from the devs I can see stickied or on the main site- a bit of google-fu has also produced no results.  When exactly was this 1.04 beta announced?  And why is information so damned elusive?  -_-

There is the option in Steam:

 

Open Steam, select Sins and then select properties. Then right to "local files" there is a Beta option.

 

Probably Developers only so far^^.

Well seeing as that beta doesn't exist, one could only assume...

This 1.04 Beta is total troll...the only proper way to vet an update is MP games on ICO, and unless everyone uses the beta version it's a lost cause...but then if everyone is using it, why have a beta for an update?  Are hotfixes no longer a possibility?  Is steam really giving Starclad that hard of a time???

Currently we're not planning to do a beta (change of direction).  The 1.04 update is slated for next Tuesday until something comes up in QA.

I know this is a separate issue... BUT... if you are fixing the bugs could you also add a 'HD' extra resolution pack so my SLI 680's can have a play please!! DX11 maxxed out on this game would be incredible in 3D if you could spend the extra 300 hours putting the pack together??

latest rumour is tuesday the 28th us time, or for the rest of the world it will be the 29th or later.

Looks like the patch is about to be released since I cannot connect to ICO anymore due to my so called "outdated version of Sins". I suppose the update will become available to the public within the next hour (at least I hope it will).
