In The Tutorial
After the prompt to 'explore the east while training your pioneer'
Entered first 'Humble Inn' to get 'Rats In The Ruins' quest.
When zooming out beyond terrain view, to map view the icon for the quest destination (Rats Nest) was a black square (missing icon?)

The tutorial does not get more love until the game is almost finished. Go straight to the New Game button and jump in
