Vorastra Titan Wave Damage

I'm not sure if this was intentional, or a bug, but the Vorastra titan's Pulse Wave Cannon seems to be unaffected by the damage research in the Assault Sub-tree.

This is correct and has been reported. Energetic Pulse Charging is listed as affecting all pulse weapons but only affects Pulse Guns.
