Call me crazy, but I just noticed this forum existed, 5/27/12. If the devs aren't reading the rebellion forum extensively, and are just reading this one way down here at the bottom of the forum then they are going to run into some balance issues for sure. I don't see nearly as much balance discussion!
I think when people see this section, they thing "bug reports" whereas they thing the other section is for "balance discussion."
IMO, balance issues are bugs, as the intention of the game is excellent balance for excellent gameplay, so therefore the balance issues are bugs that are critical to the games enjoyment, and every bit as critical to the long term success of the game. As the attention in the main rebellion forum has a lot of threads with a lot of activity, I wonder how the developers are able to read it all, and might be lured to mainly looking at this smaller forum for the minimalist approach we've been witnessing when it comes to game balance.
odd, now this is in the regular rebellion forum and the rebellion beta feedback forum all of a sudden.
Umm buddy where have you been? Serously though everything beta shows up under rebellion since it is nested under it however if you only look at beta you will only see threads created under beta pretty cut and dry.

How do you navigate to this forum?
I clicked on Forum from the Sins web page and I don't see a Beta Feedback forum, I just see a Rebellion forum and that is where I left my feedback about the AI.
Once you get to the sins rebellion forum you scroll all the way down and at the very bottom you see a small sub forum that says "beta feedback".

Well if you want to know where i've been just look at my posting list and see that i've been an active forum participant. I'm curious why the developers added such an odd sub forum, that has a lot less activity then the main rebellion forum by far.
Sareth, its a very old forum (first post Mar of '07). The "Beta" forum has been used at different times, for different stages. I believe it is (or has been) a subforum for several of the forums, not just the Rebellion forum.
[Edit: It wasn't added recently, its been there from the beginning of the Beta. I noticed it long ago, so I was struggling to understand your point. All of the Beta posts show up in the Rebellion folder, so I don't think it makes a difference].

Oh I can think for myself and i've checked the forum out, its a question for the developers regarding ineffective placement. Luckily now the rest of the community will know this forum exists if they also missed it. Hence the reason for this post.
