culture elimination

has anyone had a dominated civ that culturly acquires other civs

the thalians have done this  they acquire a huge empire by acquiring the extreme colonize and culturally acquiring the civs around them they only recently acquired planetary invasion

and way 2 civs have been elimanted by culture

two civs have one planet left derengi and drath

4/5 of my colonize planets are extreme colonize

I am conquering the thalians

holding em to 13k bc econ

The Krynn are rather good at culture flipping in ToA. They, however, are also very fond of declaring war, so it's not that visible.
