Why not. I can see a Master wanting to make a few dollars or more. But for the rest of the skinners why not make them for the fun and enjoyment of it. Sharing with others who aren't skinners or maybe they are that may like what you made.

That wasn't a joke, btw.... I am working on such a wallpaper for when my HD4850X2 graphics card comes home from repair, and I (finally) get the third monitor added - and maybe a fourth, smaller one, to run various stats.
(Current setup: 22" Neovo (disabled), 25" HP and a 26" Fujitsu Siemens.)

Edit: Would a "Citizen" with 2 medals get some discount on tha Gazillion bucks you gonna charge for it  ??

Not really 'skinning' as such. Just a little something, for personal use - and a(nother) tribute to the best wallpaper artist on Earth (IMO), to keep me from walking the walls.

'Best' would pose all sorts of problems....though I can think of several i've run into over the years who'd classify as 'great' ....;)

I regulary write with Helder (nuvem) on Facebook, and keep track of his, still impressive work both on Facebook and his website.

Wilhelm (Misery/DD) pop up on Facebook from time to time, too, but far from as frequently. He's started designing some excellent t-shirts, of which I have one of the first (very) limited editions.

Russ on the other hand... Well, he does make some some kick ass motoring art, but I'd still love to see him back into skinning.

Those artists are in the Ps Stratosphere... unbelievably fantastic vision and technique.

I think I still have a photo of Helder's G/F [wife now, I think]....memorable....;)
